All prices include taxes, VAT, and duties, but not delivery costs.
We strive to avoid misinformation, but please be aware that price errors may occur. You will be charged the correct amount if the correct price is lower than the advertised price. The order will be canceled if the correct price is higher than the advertised price. If this happens, you will be notified via email.

You will be asked to enter the card's security code if you pay with a credit card. You can find the three-digit security code on the back of your credit card, usually on the right side of the back. The security code is necessary for the payment to be completed and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other similar security measures.
All transactions are processed in EUR.
The amount will only be charged to your card once your order has been shipped.
Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. In rare cases, a purchased item may be out of stock – if this happens, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders placed before 11:00 am (CET) on a weekday are typically shipped the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. During busy sales periods, longer delivery times may occur – we do our best to dispatch your orders within 1-4 business days from the day your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number from the selected carrier.
STELLA NOVA cannot be held responsible for possible delays due to the carrier.

If you refuse to accept your package or fail to pick it up from GLS before it is returned, you will be charged 12 EUR, covering shipping and handling fees.
While we aim for our website to be as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that all products on the website are in stock when your order is processed. If an item is out of stock or if there is misleading information affecting your order, you will be contacted via email as soon as possible.
Defect items and claims
As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defects. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects that appears, within the valid claim period. The defect must be due to material or manufacturing defects. STELLA NOVA reserves the right to reject a claim on a product with defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear and tear. STELLA NOVA reserves the right to repair or replace any defective product whenever possible. If this is not possible, the money will be refunded.
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, giving you 24 months from purchase date to complain about an item.
Legal stronghold is Dansk Sø- og Handelsretten (Danish Trade Court) in Denmark.
