We deliver worldwide.

All orders placed before 11:00 am (CET) on a weekday are typically shipped the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. During busy sales periods, longer delivery times may occur – we do our best to dispatch your orders within 1-4 business days from the day your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number from the selected carrier.
STELLA NOVA cannot be held responsible for possible delays due to the carrier. 

All taxes, VAT, and duties are included in the shipping cost if you are shopping outside the EU. 

It is not possible for us to cancel or modify an order.

If you refuse to accept your package or fail to pick it up from GLS before it is returned, you will be charged 13 EUR, covering shipping and handling fees. 

We gladly accept returns – both on full-price and discounted items – and offer you a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your package.

The amount for the returned item will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase. It typically takes 1-5 business days for the money to appear in your account.

Returned items showing signs of use and/or wear will be assessed at a value of 0 EUR and discarded during quality control without compensation.

All items must be returned in unused condition with all price tags and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to exchange an item purchased online.

We only offer free returns in Denmark and if you choose delivery to GLS Private Delivery or GLS Pick Up Point. Please note that no return label is included with delivery to a business address.


If you wish to exchange or return your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Please fill out the enclosed return form and place it inside the returned package. If you cannot find the return form, you can download it here. When returning an item, you can easily re-use the packaging it was sent in.

  2. All items must be returned unused with price tags and in original packaging.

  3. Please return your package to:

  4. Please note that the package must be sent directly to the address above, as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop. Returns sent to parcel shops are at your own risk and will be automatically returned according to the carrier's rules.
    If you return a package outside the EU, remember to add our VAT number 26987288.

  5. Once we have received and accepted the returned item(s), you will receive a refund within 10 business days (except if falling under sub-point 2, second paragraph). The refund will be transferred back to the credit card used for the purchase. Please note that the delivery cost will not be refunded. 

  6. The responsibility of the item(s) is yours until the item(s) has been delivered on the listed return address.

You are free to choose which shipping company you want to return your order with as long as they deliver directly to the above address. Please note that this is at your own expense.

The responsibility for the item is yours until the item has been delivered to the delivery address above.

For your safety, we recommend keeping the postal receipt with the tracking number until you have received the refund.
